If you are thinking of coming to work or volunteer at ReZolve you might find it useful to know a little bit more about us. ReZolve is made up of an enthusiastic team of around 50 volunteers and 30 staff. We are a company which is small enough to get to know most people, but big enough to achieve great things!
The ReZolve team is a very friendly and caring bunch and we do our best to make everyone who comes through our doors feel welcome and part of the family. We are also eager to do our bit for the environment and although we come in various shades of green, we do our best to encourage each other to do our bit.
We love feedback and new ideas, so we hold regular staff and volunteer forums, giving everyone a chance to let us know what they think of our work and how they think that we could improve it. We also keep everyone up to date with a regular newsletter.
We are a social enterprise and so caring for people and the environment are right at the top of our ‘to do lists’ but that doesn’t mean that we aren’t professional too. We pride ourselves on providing top notch services and are on a mission to prove that social enterprises can be every bit as good as any other business. Being part of ReZolve can often be challenging but is almost always rewarding.
Location, Location, Location
ReZolve has two sites and both are based in Bodmin, a busy, historical town in the centre of Cornwall with plenty of local cafes, pubs and restaurants. Bodmin is backed by the moors, within easy reach of both the coasts and has access to fantastic walks and cycle rides. Many of the ReZolve team take advantage of the local surroundings after work (and even before for the early birds!) by cycling, gig rowing, canoeing, running, walking, horse riding and gardening. There are also quite a few of us who enjoy a pasty and a pint!
Lots of our volunteers live locally in Bodmin and most staff members live within a 20 minute drive which means that between us we live in some beautiful locations.
Both the ReZolve sites have comfortable break areas with basic catering facilities and free tea and coffee. There is outside seating for the sunny days and shops within walking distance. We also provide free, off road parking.
