ReZolve offers a wide range of volunteering opportunities, so whether you want to give something back to your local community, are looking for work experience to help with a change of career or to get your first job, want to add to your CV or need a route back into employment and training, we can help!

We offer volunteering opportunities within our teams which include:

Marketing                                               Training
Retail                                                       Administration
Warehouse and logistics                      Driving
Workshops (bike repair, furniture and electrical)

We have specific roles available within these teams and offer full training in all aspects of the role, so you can be confident in what you are doing and can also learn new skills.

The main things that we look for in a volunteer are enthusiasm, commitment and a willingness to learn.  It also helps if you have an interest in what we do and the things that we are passionate about.  We offer placements to people from all different backgrounds and abilities and after an informal chat with our advisors we will try to help you to find a role that is most suited to you.

Personal Development

If you are volunteering with us to increase your skills in a bid to find a job, and show a real commitment to your volunteer role, we will commit to helping you get the most from your placement with us.  We will offer work based training, helping you to progress in your chosen volunteer role and learn new skills, we may be able to offer you experience in additional areas of the company that you might develop an interest in and we may also be able to access training and accredited qualifications.
